We offer free returns and full refunds for items returned within 14 days (Canada and US only). Items are only eligible for a full refund if they are unused, unworn, or defective. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. If you fail to send your return in 14 days from shipped date, your return request will be voided. We are unable to process any returns purchased from any of our stockists. Sale Items are not eligible for refund and are Final Sale.
All returns and refunds require authorization. To process your return or refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, provide your name and order number, and one of our representatives will gladly help you begin the return process.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and begin the refund process. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refund monies:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you, either physically or electronically.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed about your return.
