Shipping & Returns

RETURN POLICY:
Ambyr currently offers store credit on all products, with the exception of “sale” items that are final sale. Your return must be sent within 14 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise.  Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. If you fail to send your return in 14 days from shipped date, your return request will be voided. We are unable to process any returns purchased from any of our stockists.

All returns require authorization. To process your return, please email info@ambyrchilders.com, one of our representatives will gladly help you get started.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:
We accept exchanges on orders within 14 days of purchase. All exchanges are subject to a return shipping fee. Item(s) must be in original, unused condition and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS. Ambyr Childers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

SHIPPING:
Allow 1-6 business days before your order is shipped. Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Ambyr Childers offers free domestic shipping on all orders. Please allow at least 14 business days for all International orders. 

We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. If a package is refused for reason of no customs payment, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempt to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused.
