Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days, but please allow for up to 6 business days for your order to be shipped. Ambyr Childers offers free Domestic Ground Shipping (US and Canada) on all orders. Please allow at least 14 business days for all International orders.
We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. If a package is refused for reason of no customs payment, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempt to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY:
Due to the volume of shipments during December 2020, Ambyr Childers Jewelry does not guarantee your new purchase will arrive by 12/25/2020. We recommend you select USPS Express 2-Day shipping no later than 12/18/2020 in order to receive your package by Christmas Day. Ambyr Childers Jewelry is not liable and cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping that occur once the package is in possession of the USPS.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS. Ambyr Childers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
When shipping any item, we request that you choose a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and in turn, may be unable to grant you a refund.
We offer free returns and full refunds for items returned within 14 days (Canada and US only). Items are only eligible for a return if they are unused, unworn, or defective. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. If you fail to send your return in 14 days from shipped date, your return request will be voided. We are unable to process any returns purchased from any of our stockists. Sale Items are not eligible for refund and are Final Sale.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the case is reviewed and approved by one of Ambyr Childers' customer service representatives.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error can not be accepted for return or exchange.
